October: Postage Stamp ATC

I think the title says it all. 1 partner - 1 ATC with a postage stamp or stamps. While the postage stamp should be the focal point of the ATC it shouldn't be the only thing. It can be used/un-used, US or any other country but it must be an actual postage stamp, not a fake one. The rest is up to you. And of course basic ATC rules apply.

This will be international since the cost of sending an ATC isn't much.

This will be open to all members in good standing and must have atleast a 4.95. No recent 1's or 3's and no late swaps on dashboard. I will be checking profiles just before assigning partners.
