Halloween PCs - Global

I love Halloween....I like receiving Halloween stuff all year long, not just in the Fall. I also love to send and receive postcards...sooo

You will be assigned 1 partner and you will send 1 Halloween related postcard. (The postcard will be sender's choice (No HANDMADE) as long as it is Halloween related).

Requirements:

• 4.96 rating requirements (I changed the rating requirement to 4.96 because I felt 4.97 was maybe a little high for a pc swap. I will still be very picky over who I allow to stay in the swap)

• I am going to allow unrated swappers...providing the profile is filled out. (A filled out profile is more than a couple of lines about the dog you own and that you love your husband.)

• 1 partner = 1 Halloween postcard. (Sender's Choice as long as it is Halloween)

• No Handmade or Freebie PCs allowed in this swap.

• Sent NAKED...(this means not in an envie), stamped with a message somehow relating to Halloween. (Memories from trick-or-treating as a child, your favorite costume, least favorite candy...does not matter as long as you relate it to Halloween).

• Even if you meet the rating requirements, but have a poor reputation on Swap-Bot, I will remove you. (Poor reputation - excessive late sends, replies to ratings are rude/abusive, multi-profilers)

• I review the participants daily and remove throughout; however if a flakery flake head slips in, I will angel as long as you rate the swapper a 1. If you choose (for whatever reason), not to rate a 1, I will NOT angel.

• I fully and 100% support FOPS !
