Description:
This swap is to replace the music by the decade series started by nextvangogh and canceled. Copy and pasted from original swap. I will restart the 80s, 90s, and 2000s swap if needed as well. This will be the 2nd in a series of mixes from diff decades. This will be a mix CD for songs from the 70's. Please choose songs that were released from the years 1970-1979 and make one CD approx 15-20 songs. If you like you can always add more CD's if you can't fit on 1. You will have 1 partner. Please include a track list. I will be checking all profiles and don't want to ban people. I try to investigate everyone participating to the best of my abilities, if you are unable to complete the swap, please contact me and your swap partner and we can make other arrangements. I don't want anyone to be flaked on. Also when you receive your package, please rate your partner accordingly. They should receive a 5 if the music details the 70's, it included a track list and if it was sent on time. I was looking forward to these swaps, so I'm glad to host them. I probably will start the remaining ones as well. Once this one starts I'll check on nextvangogh's status and go from there.

i joined the 80s swap, it's still in my list, so she hasn't cancelled it, but i'm not sure what happens to swaps when the host becomes partially suspended.

For this swap, can we include musicians/bands that were from an earlier decade (say, the 60s) but still producing songs in the 70s? Or is it just for bands that were popular/got their start in the 70s?

Any song that was released in the 70s is fine, regardless of when the band started or was most popular.

I'm glad this was restarted as I already had my cd burnd and ready to send out whan the other one was cancelled. I also already have my 80's cd ready to send so I'll sign un for that one as soon as you get the swap ready
