Description:

Calling all flower lovers!

The hyacinth is my absolute FAVORITE flower because of its amazing fragrance. Do you have a favorite flower? Do you plant annuals in pots each year? Are you an avid gardener? If so, this swap is for you!

You'll be sending a "blooming" (picturing a flower) notecard to your partner sharing your love of a particular flower, flowers in general, your gardening adventures, etc. Along with your notecard you'll include a small, inexpensive surprise. Some suggestions are: a notecard+envelope, a floral postcard, some floral washi tape samples, a couple of floral postage stamps, etc.

Feel free to send a store-bought notecard or a handmade notecard if you prefer--either is fine. You may also include photos of your garden or plants if you like. If you've got a green thumb, share some tips with your partner.

If handwriting is difficult for you, feel free to include a typed note inside your notecard.

Share your love of flowers!

Hi: Does the notecard have to be of an actual photograph of a live flower(s), or would an illustrated/drawing of flower be acceptable for this swap? Also, do we write about the flowers, gardens, etc in the notecard, or somewhere else? Thanks, and Happy Spring

@Fiddlefaddle . . . .illustration is just fine. And yes, you'll be writing about flowers in the actual notecard you send. Hope this clears up any confusion.
