Description: | |
For this swap you will have one partner and create them a bookmark out of a medium of your choice, but using their literary interests. Many people today read electronic books, which is all good and well, but there is no greater feeling than turning an actual page. I'm sure that the members of Cup & Chaucer still enjoy a 'classic' read at least now and again. In the comments below, list at least three literary items you enjoy, so your partner can make you a profile based bookmark. Your list can include a random object from a story, a character, a poem, an author, a genre, something that represents why you love literature...most anything you like that is book related. Make a bookmark for your partner by choosing one of their interests in any style you choose. If they have put the name of a story, you could make a beautiful bookmark with a quote. If they have chosen an object, perhaps a drawing of that object worked into a beautiful bookmark would look nice. If that won't work, perhaps a beaded bookmark with a charm of that item included. You can use any medium you would like for these bookmarks, but make sure they are good quality. Make your bookmarks using beading, embroidery, collage, or anything you like. If you use paper, please make sure to seal it so it can be used for a long time. You can seal it using packing tape. Click here for a quick tutorial on how that works. You are not limited or restricted in size or shape. If someone lists an inkwell, you can make them an inkwell shaped bookmark. Creativity is encouraged! This is a group swap, but I will still swing through the profiles and make sure everyone is in good standing. If you have any questions, please just let me know! |
