Every day, more and more stocking stuffer and gift giving swaps are popping up on swap-bot, most are for a gift for you, and a few are a gift for you and a gift for a friend, so I wanted this one to be just a bit different. The Christmas season is all about giving, so for this swap instead of sending a gift for your partner, you will send one to the person of your partners choosing. This is a gift not just for the recipient, but also for you and for your partner, in knowing that you've brought joy (and happy mail!) to someone else! This can be your best friend, your Mom, Dad, Hubby, Child, even the mail carrier...anyone you think needs an extra special mail gift! Gifts should be NEW unless your partner specifically says handmade is acceptable, and should be wrapped in Christmas paper with a tag that has both the swap name, and your name and your partners actual name. (Not their swap-bot name.) That way your recipient will know to thank your partner for the gift, and your partner can rate you! Gifts should cost a minimum of 1.00 not including any mailing costs. *When you sign up,* please post below whom you would like to receive the gift, along with 5-10 ideas of things they would like to receive. You can either post their address along with the wish list, or say "ask me" so that your partner can send you a message to request it privately, or say "send to me" if you prefer to have it mailed to you. If there is enough interest I'll host a series of these between now and Christmas, so maybe you'd like to collect them all and give them all at once to your friend/family/ etc! *To rate for this swap,* please rate a 5 if your chosen recipient receives a wrapped gift by the send by date. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send me a message! I'll be checking profiles prior to assigning partners, and reserve the right to remove anyone I feel will be unable to follow through with the swap.

This gift is for my best friend. She loves owls, Dr.Who, Weird Al, receiving and sending mail, washi tape, especially with owls! Her favorite colors are teal, purple, and silver. Note cards, or stationary would be great. She also loves to read, collects vintage bookmarks (think Lisa frank, and mystical unicorn styles) and she loves embroidery. Her favorite type embroidery patterns are space themed, and vintage styles, and she loves daily, weekly, and monthly patterns for dish towels, and calendars. I'd like this gift to be for a very overworked mother of 6, who also manages to holds down a full time job. Anything that would give her a break or make her feel special as a woman, and not just a mother. She is 34 years old. She doesn't have much time for herself, so something she doesn't have to share with the kids or something that doesn't involve kids would be great. She doesn't have time to do crafts or write letters. I'd like to see her get something to pamper herself with. Amazing scents... perfume, candles, bubble bath, things like that. She likes necklaces and jewelry. She has pierced ears. She doesn't have much time for reading, but when she does, she likes Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Steven King, etc. She's a San Francisco 49ers football fan. Snuggly things for the cold evenings would be great. Robe, slippers, etc. (Size 14-16 clothes and size 8 shoes). She likes unusual shot glasses (she's a bar tender). Make-up (she has a tan complexion with brown hair and green eyes). A candle-light dinner out with just her and her husband. (Just kidding!) Handmade or store-bought. Either one is fine. (I bought her some kids toys off eBay once, and had the person send the package directly to her... it arrived with baby powder on the toys. She saw it was from a strange address she didn't know, freaked out, dumped the toys in the tub and called the base commander because their was 'white powdery stuff' on the package! ROFL!!.... So, yeah, just send it to me, and I'll make sure she gets it!) LOL!!

This will be for my husband, please send to me. He likes Star Trek, Star Wars and clone wars, Lego, funny socks, Mario Bros. He loves video games and has a WiiU. He loves gummy candy (but cannot have any sulphates in it he allergic to that and cinnamon). He also collects stamps and coins. He is a graphic artist and likes fan art. I hope these ideas help if you need more details please let me know : )
