Description:

We will all create a mini magpie journal for 1 partner, 30 pages minimum (or 15 front and back). Tear out the excess pages so that there's only decorated pages in the journal. US Only due to postage costs. Magpies are birds that are collectors so let's fill our journals with a collection of random things!

Your journal has to be 4x6 inches or smaller. There is no minimum size. I would say about the size of a playing card is the smallest you should probably go but it's up to the sender. You CAN handmake your journal if you'd like but you don't have to.

What to include? Here are some ideas:

Receipts, grocery lists, recipes, menus(folded or small ones), business cards, ephemera, ticket stubs, writing about some of your items or what you did that day, lists, tags, labels off of products, used items, junk drawer items (nothing dirty), postcards, playing cards, stickers, cute things, vintage things, the possibilities are endless!

You can include writing in your journals or not, it's sender's choice.

If you want to challenge yourself, include one thing from each category on the list below (but you do NOT have to, it's just for fun):

Something shiny

Something fuzzy

Something sticky

Something yellow

Something cardboard

Something with texture

Something that's a fiber, thread, twine, etc

Something cute

Something summery

Something hard

That's it! Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. PM is the fastest way to reach me but I'll check the comments here as well.
