Let's celebrate the 3 upcoming holidays! An ATC is a small card, 2-1/2"x3-1/2" & decorated by painting, drawing, mixed media, fabric, etc. ATC stands for Artist Trading Card. This is a little piece of art you create & then send to a partner. In this swap, we will create 3 different ATCs for our partner. We will create one for Halloween, one for Thanksgiving (or Gratitude, if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving), & one for Christmas. There must be one for each of these holidays, but you choose your own medium. Start creating your cards on cardstock or watercolour paper or some other art paper. Then adhere the ATC to a light cardboard -- for a little firmness -- like a cereal box. (Recycling at it's best!) Remember, you must send something to be proud of, as these ATCs will be added to your partner's collection. In return, you will get 3 beautiful ATCs to add to your existing (or new) collection. If this swap is successful, we will continue on our ATC journey by making 3 more, in a different theme, in a not-too-distant swap. Remember: slapping on a sticker or 3 does not make an ATC! Three ATCs fit nicely in a long envelope & doesn't weigh any more than a letter of many pages. This swap is open to anyone with a 4.99 rating or better. Do not disappoint me or your partner by not fulfilling your obligation to send 3 lovingly-made ATCs. Since this is sender's choice, you can start making your ATCs right away. Then, when partners are posted, you can send them out. Most of all, have fun! Please put your heart into your ATCs! You may even get a heart back! *** Don't forget to add the swap name, your name, your Swap-Bot name, & the date you made it, to the back of each ATC. *** |
