USAPC: Halloween Tag Series: Witch!

Hi swappers!

Every year, I wait too long to start a Halloween tag series, so this year I'm starting early!

For this swap, you'll be creating the first in the Halloween tag series, featuring a witch or witches! All tags in the series will be size #6: 2 5/8" x 5 1/4", be Halloween themed, and feature a specific Halloween icon.
