Hello swappers . . . Let's create a Halloween-themed tag measuring 2.75"x5.5" and feature one of the 'Halloween birds' (owl or raven). Please miter the top corners of your tag and add some type of treatment to the top center. Layers, layers . . . lots of layers to create a tag to delight your partner! As always, begin with a sturdy base and cover the back with coordinating paper.
