Description:

I have already sent off my stickers this time and recieved two of them ... this is SO much fun. Trading stickers, esp individual ones, is my favorite thing to swap! So here it is again!

Whenever I use stickers from a sheet, I carefully cut around the remaining stickers and throw away the excess. I organize and sort the individual stickers. This swap is for those individual "left over" stickers from a full swap.

Swappers will send eight individual stickers cut from a full sheet. None of the stickers should be the same and preferably none from the same set.

Swappers will have three swap partners.

This means you will need a total of 24 "spare" stickers. If anyone doesn't understand what I mean by spare stickers please comment and I will try to clarify.

Please no dental stickers, freebies, advertising stickers, or plain solid stickers (like gold hearts or red circles). Also, none of the tiny circle teacher reward stickers either. You may do homemade stickers but just a few. I am imagining store bought stationary stickers like Disney or scrapbooking ones like flowers or phrases or whatever.

You will NOT be buying anything for this swap so I will not put a price range. You just use up the stickers that you already have in your collection but aren't using -- so all this costs is three stamps total.

What are tiny teacher reward stickers? How big do this stickers have to be to count?

user1936 07/ 6/2006 #

I already have my envis ready XD

tiny teacher stickers are about the size of a pencil eraser. They come 100 to a pack. I have lots of these and lots of others so I think I will join.

Hi Seashell!

I wanted to ask about the teacher stickers. You mentioned you had a lot of them and others so you'd join. I'm not sure I understood your statement correctly, so just verifying that you do know that the rules indicate NOT to send teacher stickers. I might have misunderstood your sentence, but it sounded like because you had a lot of them you could use them for the swap. My apologies if I misunderstood.

Happy swappin'!

Sorry I did not see this comment ... but yes, they are the very tiny circle ones. And to Seashell, please do NOT send those! Thank you!! Have fun girls/boys. Mine went out today and I always put in a few extra :)

They don't have to be very big at all as long as they aren't the boring circle ones that come hundred to a pack. They are also often used at church group things.

You're welcome, Seashell! Hope you the stickers and the packaging!

Becca, thank you for the wonderful stickers I received yesterday! I loved all the Sunflower-themed stationary you used to write me a note! Even the stamp was a Sunflower! How cool!

Yes, that was a funny story about reading my blog recently, and creating some folded paper envelopes similar to what I did, then wanting to leave a comment on my blog, until you realized I was one of your partners to RECEIVE the stickers and the lovely origami coin envelope! ha ha! Loved it!

Thank you so much!

Thank you, "Flecto", for the cute stickers that arrived today (Wednesday, July 19th). I put that date because I have a feeling when I post this comment, the date will show as the 20th! Watch...

"Seashell" sent some great stickers which arrived last week! As did Marie Ann... Thanks to both of you! It amazed me to find that in three envelopes, there was not one sticker that I already had!!

Seashell, glad you received my stickers alright. Thank you for the great feedback. I have to ask about the "Teacher Stickers" you commented that I sent to you. I wasn't aware I had sent you "Teacher Stickers", but then I might simply be thinking of them differently than others. You being a Teacher you would know what they are better than I, I'm sure. I was interested in knowing what the stickers were though so that I might not send them in the future in another swap. And also, most importantly, I felt it should be known that if I inadvertantly sent Teacher Stickers, there were more stickers sent than required, and therefore these surely wouldn't count against me. Thank you again for the nice feedback as I know you didn't hold them against me. I'm glad that you could use them anyway. But really, I do want to know which ones I sent so that I won't send them again to someone else. Thank you, Seashell!

Calleeroam, so glad you liked the stickers and envelopes. Yes, the instructions for the envelopes are on my blog, but not in the most recent post. Probably around mid-July posts. Let me know if you make any!
