This is inspired by a swap I recently saw, but couldn't join because it required a "perfect" rating. For my version of this swap, you will need a 4.5 or above and NO no sends... Basically, we will be listing swaps below that we didn't receive, and our swap angels will choose ONE of the swaps and send it to ONE partner! international swappers welcome.
