I would like to thank cat-thing for this idea. I have joined one of her cat swaps and enjoyed it very much. I thought it would be nice to do one for dogs. I am sure a lot of you out there love them just as much as I do.

For this swap, you will send your partner a package worth about $10-$12, all about dogs. Stickers, notepads, stationery, pocket calendars, figurines, a small piece of jewelry. Send anything you think your partner would like, including handmade items of course.

International swappers welcome, must have a rating of 4.5 or above, newbies welcome with a filled out profile, anyone with a no send will be banned.

I joined this one as we have 9 dogs and needless to say I am a dog and a cat lover! Here are some of the dog breeds we have:

Chow mix German Shepherd Pit Bull Blue Heeler mix Lhasa Apso

Maybe everyone else who is doing this swap might list their favorite breeds here or on their profile? :)

That's a good idea bellajean. Mine are in my profile, but we have a full size tri-color collie and a black and white Boston terrier.

I love dogs myself. I'm "owned" by an 80lb Pitt Bull named Nash who sleeps between my husband and I (may be why we don't have kids..lol). I'm DEATHLY afraid of little dogs though (chihuahuas and poodles for example. Go figure right?? I look forward to this swap!

I have a mixed breed and 2 Irish wolfhounds. I like all dogs, but I'm not crazy about tiny frou frou types of breeds and dogs with real short muzzles such as boxers, pugs, bulldogs, etc. Dog stuff! How fun!
