Do you love postcards? Do you also love writing and reading stories? This swap is for you! Each swapper will take 3 postcards (store-bought or homemade, it's up to you) and make them into a story. On each postcard, a piece of the story will be written (like a puzzle! Be sure to write which part it is at the top). Here's an example from 3 postcards I have: (Postcard of a little girl kicking a fellow Girl Scout): "Rosie was a rebel from the start. She had gotten in trouble for smoking in the boys' bathroom, setting puppies free from the pound, and even kicking another Girl Scout..." (Postcard of military base in Georgia): "...Her parents eventually sent her to military school to straighten her out, but she wasn't fazed. Within a week, she made her sergeant cry and she had completed the toughest level of the ropes course..." (Postcard of Rosie the Riveter): "...She later grew up to be Rosie the Riveter, empowering women to get what they want and kick Girl Scouts whenever they feel like it." Even if it's fictional, it's supposed to be fun and followable. Each person will send 3 postcards to one partner. You can send all of the postcards at the same time, or send the first one first, send the second one the next day, and the last one the day after that to make sure they stay in order. I don't have any restrictions on the stories: it can be a story you've read before, a story you make up, or a story from your own life. I don't mind swearing or erotica, but your partner might, so please respect their preferences. This swap is open to anyone with a minimum rating of 4.5 with absolutely NO no-sends 3 months before the swap sign up deadline. Newbies with a full profile are welcome. This is the first swap I've created so I don't want any flakers! |
