Hello there,

My name is Laurence. I am Belgian but am currently living in the UK. I just graduated from the university of the arts London in Costume Interpretation, I'm basically a seamstress ;) Specialising in tailoring, screen printing and dyeing. I love anything with repeat patterns, contrasting colours. I use it a lot in my own designs.

I also am a bit (much) of a stationery addict ^^ Washi tapes, paper, ephemera, pens, rubber stamps,... You name it (+ enormous fabric stash of course) ;) I also collect enamel pins and prints from artists and illustrators I like.

My other big interest is Science, when I was little I dreamed of being a paleontologist :p Then Geologist and Marine Biologist... I'm still considering starting another degree.

Some of the things I really like are: Reptiles, Sea Creatures (big up to the cephalopod family), Frogs, Dinosaurs, Space, Design, Architecture, Art, Textiles, Rocks, Japan, Anything sciency... My favourite colours would have to be on the cold side of the spectrum (blues and greens) with orange being an exception. No pink or neon colours.

I am currently using a regular travelers notebook as my agenda, it is a wonderful system and that the right size ;) I have a very tiny handwriting so pen-wise, anything extra fine. I love writing with fountain pens.
