About Me

I'm married to my best friend for 38 years, our 3 children have all left the nest. I love to garden, sew, read, decorate and play with my 6 grandchildren. ALLERGIC TO CHOCOLATE!!! Love flea markets, garage sales and thrift store finds. Anything Trash to Treasure!! I enjoy watching nature..birds especially.. in the process of creating a relaxing retreat in my back yard..love girly products and jewels along with stuff to "rough it" as in camping, hiking and exploring. Love the mix of old, new, romatic and shabby in decor. wear a size 10 shoe, XL in shirts and clothes, I love flipflops, earrings and any other bangles. My hair is shoulder length, but could use some sweat type headbands and/or small hairclips. Like to read the Bible, self help, gardening, childrens books, I collect any kind of Christmas books and enjoy most cookbooks. Always looking for toys or things to entertain my grandchildren (0 to 15)ALLERGIC TO CHOCOLATE!!!

Comment: sorry about being late on rating. I love, love all the fabric in the potholder! there looks to be some feedsack fabric(30's) to the 60's(?) in it. What a treasure! I plan to put it on display...too nice to use. the size squares are for a small postage stamp quilt.you have a treasure in the gift you gotten with the squares. thank you for useing some to bless me!

Comment: i didnt find anything what is in my likes in my profile, also the value if it 10dollars, is a question as for example the cloth is cut from some other big piece /threads are coming out of it still/. Thank you for your effort though
Response: Sorry it was such a disappointment! The cloth I purchased which the store clerk cut off a bolt of fabric.....I thought it was cute since it had ANTS printed on it. I put in more than the required items and it totaled right at $10. Sorry I wasn't clever enough to find any tea that met your requirements and started with the letter A.

Response: So thankful it got there in one piece! I had a ball putting it all together and still catch myself looking for red and aqua items!!! I got confused at the beginning and was picking up items that were more turquoise than aqua...(senior moment) Take care and have fun with everything!
