WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME....MY FATHER IN LAW IS AT THE HOSPICE FLOOR IN THE HOSPITAL, FULL OF CANCER AND HE HAD 3 STROKES...EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR HOSPITAL VISITS AND TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER IN LAW...SO MY SWAPS ARE RUNNING A BIT BEHIND...BUT I PROMISE YOU THERE WILL BE NO FLAKING

A long, long time ago, before email and texting, the mail was delivered in a much slower way-it was called Snail Mail (because some thought it was delivered by a snail). Although it took much longer, everyone agreed that letters were a little more special when they were delivered by Snail Mail. They might be handwritten. They might include a drawing. They might even contain a surprise inside! One such letter was sent by a Girl to the Boy she loved, and it was up to four special snails to deliver her card across the country. The snails trek across the country-through desert heat and dangerous blizzards, across mountains and plains, through cities and forests-and along the way, they find that taking time to slow down and look around makes the journey all the more beautiful.

For me personally, happy mail is quite simply ‘mail that makes me happy’. It’s not bills, or statements, or one of the many leaflets that comes through the door. It is a small package/letter/postcard that gives me pure happiness.I always keep that in mind when I am preparing ALL of my swaps,no matter what the size. I try to send packages that you will enjoy and that will make you happy.....we ALL could use a pick me up now a days...happy swapping my happy mail friends! xxoo

Hello.....I live in the new England state of Connecticut. I have 2 boys and a husband of 25 years....I run a before and after school program in the school system of Bristol. I LOVE LOVE my job. There are not many jobs that you find yourself doing arts and crafts at 700am! I have about 75 kids in my program which is not easy...but I love each and every one of those kids...xxoo. I have a dog,bunnies,chickens....so Im not putting being an animal lover lightly. I love to travel...esp Florida and Block Island RI....I dream of owning a house on either of those destinations....someday!. I love all kinds of crafts and art...I am a mixed media artist and I love all sorts of paper crafts. Two goals of mine this year was to learn how to sew and decorate cakes...so far I only bought a sewing machine...yes I am a procrastinator as well. The thing I am most obsessed with are butterflies....seriously I am obsessed....every single project I make has a butterfly snuck in there some where....everything I own has butterflies on it.....My interests and favorite things would be....BUTTERFIES,the color pink, temp-tation ovenware, anything whimsical, im a glitter junkie, fairies,quotes,junk journal items, vintage style/books/photos, die cuts,washi,sunflowers, gardenias and lilacs ...did I mention BUTTERFLIES!!!......im looking forward for my swaps to begin!

I tend to follow and listen to woman that are very strong both mentally as well as talented....I look for pieces of myself in music and when I find one that fits I listen to it until I know all the lyrics and can sing it backwards if I was asked! Some of my favorites include Lady Ga Ga , Sia, Pink, Kesha.

I am a self~help Junkie.....You would think that I would have myself all together with the amount of self help books I have read through the years. But guess what...... I DONT! I love anything by Joyce Meyer, Melody Beattie, or books that Oprah recommends in her book club.

I am also a HUGE HUGE journal fan. I have been keeping one since I was young, many years ago. For me, my writing in my journal is the way that I sort things out and make sense of the thoughts spinning in my head. When I am able to put it all down on paper, life just feels more organized and not so over whelming. I also love to collect journals of all kinds and I always have to have a few new/not written in journals waiting for me for whenever I get inspired to start something new....My art journal and my day to day are the ones that I use the most.

I am not a very serious person so I tend to pull towards movies that make me laugh. I love Adam Sandler and Will Ferrell....kinda corny but I love their movies. Other than that I love all sorts of movies except horror movies....I hate them and refuse to watch them.Some of my current favorite movies are "A STAR IS BORN" "AMERICAN SNIPER" "GIRL INTERRUPTED" "BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY"

I am a big fan of trilogies...."ROCKY", "50 SHADES OF GREY", "AMERICAN PIE", "THE GODFATHER" .....however, my most favorite trilogy is "BREAKING BAD" ....i AM OBSESSED WITH IT!!!.

I love to try new recipes esp if they have meaning behind them. I like pretty much everything except for seafood...I like it but only shrimp,lobster,white fish,crab. I am not a fan of spicy food or anything not cooked all the way through. My family love recipes that include pasta,chicken,beef. For me I love vegetarian cooking.

I have no food allergies!
