I'm an aspiring vegan,who tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. I like crafty projects and love to cook. I'm learning to knit. My favourite bands/singers are Savage Garden/Darren Hayes, Placebo, Stabbing Westward, Death Cab for Cutie, The Postal Service, Blink 182, John Lennon, (young) Elvis (not the 'oh-god-my-wife-left-me-and-i'm-horribly-overweight-Elvis, and I enjoy classical and celtic pieces, though I'm pretty much up for anything.

I am queer friendly.

I like a good cup of strong coffee or tea, and LOVE finding/being introduced to new amazing vegan products.

I don't like hard core sci-fi stuff. I enjoy reading modern 'this is my life" kind of stuff, and am always happy to receive a (surprise!)vegan cookbook. I don't really enjoy Stephen King type stuff, or (gasp!) the 'classics.'

I frequently have picnics in cemetries, but I don't find ghost stories interesting.

I love to have low key potluck gatherings and art parties, especially when they involve making swanky and tasty treats.

One day I will own an old school or two and turn them in to amazing vegan friendly artist housing projects, and will open a vegan cafe in my new hometown with a changing menu.

I am a salvation army/ real thrift shop whore.
