About Me

From 12 March 2011 till 5 April 2011 I'm offline... I'll be driving my car from the Netherlands to the Gambia for charity, crossing the Sahara...

I'm a 24 year old single girl and I live in Soest( I just moved). It's a town in the Netherlands.

I have a cat, named "Pebbles" and I have a horse named "Roos" (Rose in english). I live in a very sweet littl cottage house near the forest.

I love to ride in de forest with my horse! Wow that's such a happy feeling, me and her in the nature and relying on each other! It's really a feeling of freedom.

I really love international swappings, I think it brings the world closer to you! I love to get mail, every day when i open my mailbox it's a surprise, exept bills....

I just started a study to become a teacher for children with learning disabilities. I would like to teach in gardening and animal care.

I usually don't have time to read books, but when i go to travel I love the Lonely Planets!!

Romeo and Juliet, Moulin Rouge, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Kill Bill

-Coming to Holland ( it's about a Prince with is from another country who lives undercover in Holland and try's to find the love of his live) - the Tudors

Favorite Crafts

Inchies!!!! I love them! In all kinds and sorts...

I just started being creativ myself, I just started my very first Quilt!

Color

I love soft pink and soft green, I also love any natural color, like beige, stone etc.

Postcards i prefer black and white or sepia color

food

Candy: I love everything!!! I can just eat candy all day... it's almost like I'm addicted to it... I especially love sweet and sour flavoured candy..

Tea: - White tea - Green tea - Unique tea blends - tea in nice wraps

Dislikes: - Rooibos tea - very salted things

FB's

I'm new to FB's, but it sounds really great!! I love the idea of something that travels around the world, signed by different people and returns back to you!

Thank you so much for the "send to the person above you" tag. It was so nice to come back from my trip to Israel and have a nice stack of bulky interesting looking envelopes to open ... paper, tags, shiny embellishments, tea - what nice treats!

Guess you get to look forward to piled up mail too! What an adventure you're going to have driving across the Sahara! Would love to hear about it when you come back ...

I see we have a few things in common - gardening, animals, and I've just made a career change after working in the developmental disability field for a long time. So I hope we get to swap some time!
