Hello! I'm a 40 something married mom of 2 teenage boys (and lots of furry kids as wells, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 5 chickens) living in a small corner of NW Oregon. I'm a Project Administrator for a small family owned General Contracting business. I love to craft. I've only been quilting for a couple of years and have no quilters in my family, so Craftsy and You Tube have been my teachers. I have been a paper addict (scrapbooking/Stamping) for the last 18 years and a cross stitcher longer than that. I've enjoyed participating in the Famer's Wife 1930's Sampler Quilt along It's been fun to see everyone's blocks. My favorite blocks have been Jewel and Sara.I love country themed fabrics and pretty much anything purple.I'm not a picky person so I'm sure I will love whatever you choose to make.

I do love to read but I commute about 2 hours a day so right now my reading is actually listening to audio books. I love The Kite Runner and The Kitchen House. Sometimes there are books that come along that affect you in some way you just can't explain. Those two books did that to me.

Not much of a TV Watcher except for a couple of programs. I'm a big Downton Abbey fan and am quite disappointed that the series has ended. I also like The Walking Dead
