I am 34 and I live in Texas were I was born and raised. I live in an old house that I love with a beloved little dog, three turtles, a hamster, a crocodile gecko and most recently three adorable little mice. I send postcards on Postcrossing and have a small post card collection. I love animals and all insects and I have a facination with black birds. My favorite color is lime green. Most of the things in my house have lime green in it. I like old furniture and things that make me feel like I am at my grandmas! I enjoy cooking and my favorite food in the whole world is cheese.

I love art and enjoy painting, sewing, quilting and some crafty things. I am starting to make the fat book pages! I like things with birds or that are old fashioned. I love artwork with food in it, cupcakes and pies etc. I also love spiders and more gothic things. It sounds like a strange combination but thats what makes me happy.

I don't watch alot of TV. I don't have cable. I watch movies all the time through netflix and on my computer. I am a huge fan the the old soap opera Dark Shadows. I listen to alot of NPR (but I am not a news crazy at all) and am addicted to American Life and Ira Glass. I love stories!
