I live in a small town in Northern Colorado. A few Miles from Cheyenne Wyoming I have lived here all my life and I enjoy the rural country Life.

I work for the local school District as a Kitchen Manager. I enjoy cooking.

I am a mom of three sons, ages 35, 33 and 29. Grandmother to 8 wonderful grand kids.

Favorite Books

I love to read...escape to a good book! I read Cookbooks, Westerns, Mysteries, Gardening, History Books I Collect Children's book. Vintage to Classic and beyond.

Favorite Crafts

I have done many crafts over the years but, I always come back to Sewing, Cross Stitching, Embroidery and Quilting.

I love Easter it's my favorite Holiday (Bunnies/Eggs/Chicks/Lambs.)

Love Love Love Chickens and Roosters. They are all around my Kitchen.

Comment: I love me some schnitzel but have never made it myself. Now I'm going to have to try it! Thank you so very much! I hope you stay warm. We went to the outside splash pad today with the kids. Ya know....Hawaii and all....haha! Just had to rub it in a little ;) Have a great weekend!
