Hi guys, my name is Roechelle, everyone calls me Roe, I was born in Trinidad but currently live in Kentucky with my bestie/husband (Roy). We are a blended family; I brought my daughter, and he brought his two sons, now we are a crazy beautiful family of 5. We also have two dogs, one cat, one lizard and one chinchilla.

• I am a certified wellness coach, a writer and a lover of all things crafty, handmade and pen-pal'ish

• I love herbal tea; My favorites are green, black, peppermint, and chamomile

• I eat somewhat healthy; I am always actively looking for the healthier alternative to everything

• I practice meditation, affirmations, sage'ing

• I like to stay active; I don't go to the gym or anything, but I am obsessed with micro workouts, I do stretching and abs in the morning, go for a 10-minute walk mid-morning, take a mini cardio break before lunch, stretch in afternoon and finish with some strength training, abs and butt before bed

• My favorite time of year is spring, and my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving

• I love to collect and trade cool stickers, cards, beads, fabric and paper

• I am a philanthropist; I love to donate my time, money and items to worthy causes, and I give blood a few times a year.

• I love to laugh and be silly; I do not take life to seriously at all.

I love 90's R&B, 90's Reggae, worship music country music, alternative. I am not too much into the newer stuff, unless its super catchy then I'll jam to it.
