I began quilting less than 3 years ago. I've been sewing, crocheting, knitting, baking, and cooking since I was eight. I used to weigh 380 pounds and had weight loss surgery 7 years ago. I then had complicated bilateral knee replacements. I swim every day. Preferably in the sea! I live simply but love life.

I like Aimee and Addie because they're stars. I love primary bold colors. My least favorite are browns and navys. I love Kaffe Fassett, solids, florals, and Carrie Bloomston. Batiks, I really dislike batiks. No allergies. I always need thread, don't you? I prefer handmade gifts over bought stuff. I follow a very strict diet, so don't tempt me with food goodies, lol.
