I am a daughter, wife, mother, friend, teacher & Granna to 2 amazing boys!

10 fun things about me: 1. I love Skittles in the purple bag. 2. I enjoy watching football. 3. I own a scrapbook retreat house. 4. I have had a French pen pal for 39+ years! 5. I love all things French and Parisian. 6. I am an old soul. ( I think I was born in the wrong era) 7. History is my favorite subject. 8. I love to travel and see new places 9. I am scared of dogs (but I have a fur baby) 10. If I would not be a teacher, I would probably be a lawyer.

Favorite Crafts

I love anything vintage, especially ephemera.

I am a digital scrapbooker.

I love to do junk journals and recently started with Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Essentials and SideKicks.

Clusters and layering are my favorite techniques.

If it's not vintage or muted, then I'm leaning toward the Simple Stories style.

Themes I like: Boy stuff ( boy mom and boy Granna) Vintage Paris/French Bees & Sunflowers Ephemera I love paper, dictionary pages, journals, ledger paper and anything travel related.

Favorite Books

I am a bibliophile at heart. I have had a love of reading since I was in the 3rd grade and read all of the Laura Ingalls Wilder books I could get my hands on.

As a history teacher and self-proclaimed history nerd, my favorite genre is historical fiction. I love anything set in France and or WWII. Combine those two and I'm one happy girl.

I also like the occasional chick-lit.

No suspense or murder-type books (or anything for that matter) for me.

Things I personally don't care for: Coffee Tea Any Scary (Halloween unless its cute and pumpkin life) I'm not a huge animal person; I'm scared of dogs but I do have a 7-year-old spoiled rotten Shih -Tzu.

Not a fan of Kawaii. Please no Pink- I'm not a pink girl!

Comment: I really love the theme of the envie you sent. The flowers and bees are beautiful. You did include the elements required. Please note for the swaps if they are intended to be completed or kits - you sent the elements for me to complete my own memorydex when the requirement is for a completed memorydex. No information written on the dex as to the swap it was for either.

Comment: Such a cute ATC!!! Love the saying! I looked at it and thought you had written the wrong swap on the back. Am in ATC with a button swap and thought it was that, due to the buttons... then I read the saying... I love it!!! it is perfect for a journal or scrapbook!!!
