I have been stamping for about 1O years and have always been interested in learning new techniques. Over the past couple of years I have moved more and more into book arts, collage and mixed media. I am currently working a lot and teaching classes in metal shim. I am definitely an "arty" rather than "cute" person.
I love all sorts of music ranging from blues and hard rock to classical, folk and country. I even astounded my son's friend by asking for a compilation of Australian hip hop so I could hear what they are on about. I think its the quality of the music that counts not the style.
Too many to mention. I like movies that are going to stimulate thought (though sheer escapism is good at times and I love a good crime thriller!!) I love good Asian movies and the best of Italian.
An Australian comedy called Thank God You're Here, Lost, some of the grittier English crime series such as Prime Suspect,.. Dr Who, Australian Stories, Tripping Over, Spicks and Specks
I am now only focussed on papercrafts and metals. In the past I have done some patchwork, candle making and spinning, but I'm more of an instant gratification sort of person, so papercrafts suit me fine.
