I am expecting a brand new bundle of joy in June. I just found out!! I am excited. Soon I will be staying at home for two.

I am a stay at home mom for my son. He is the light of my life. I am always looking for creative things to do when I am not caring for my house, husband, or son. I grew up in Nebraska, then moved to Iowa and then to Minnesota. I have two cats, Lucky and Skooter, three fish tanks, and love house plants.

My favorite music is usually alternative, except I am not too keen on the rap, hip-hop, and really hard rock. Otherwise, musically, anything goes. I will listen to it once, and decide if I like it.

My favorite books are anything written by author Diana Gabaldon. Amazing stories. Just amazing. Her series about Claire and Jamie are the best story ever written if you ask me. I think I have read the whole series five times now. I also like cook books. I do like to read a lot.

My favorite movies include: Where the Heart Is, All Lord of the Rings, Chicken Run, Finding Nemo, La Bamba, Walk the Line, Forrest Gump, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Corpse Bride Fried Green Tomatoes, Hope Floats, and Secondhand Lions. At least these are the ones I watch all the time. I don't like horror movies. That is my ignore hubby time.

My favorite television shows are: The Simpson's, The O.C., The Unit, Family Guy, and nightly news. I really cannot stand The Office, it just rubs me the wrong way.

My favorite crafts include crocheting, altered art, scrapbooking, anything that gives me a creative outlet. Right now I am really into inchies, and ATC's.

I love sea horses, sea turtles, and turtles. I am really into anything horoscope, be it western, Chinese, or something new. Anything that tells about who a person is or may be. Therefore, I am into numerology, personology, Tarot, seriously, anything like that. I like plaid prints, paisleys, wooden nickels. I collect the wooden nickels, and dragon figurines. I really dont have a collection of any one thing besides the dragons and wooden nickels, rather, lots of various random things that strike me at any given moment. If you were to send something to me, please consider sending something that tells me about you. I like to know about people from around the world. And one more thing... I am deathly afraid of spiders. So, PLEASE, please, no spiders, even if you like them, thank you. I like blues, green (but not light greens), white and black. I like to look at flowers, but floral scents give me migraine headaches, thus no floral scented things.
