I'm a second year(ish) math student at the University of Waterloo. I couldn't think of anything to say so my friend is filling this out for me (hello!) but she doesn't really know what to say either.
Most of my online profiles have been written by my friends, but I am adding things myself to this profile.
I like math, raving, crocheting, piercings, mail, yarn, surprises, adventures, trains, trucks, tractors, diners, chocolate, ribbons, pudding, random knickknacks, baking(mostly cookies and muffins), tea, yard sales, buttons, dinosaurs, robots, corsets(one day I will own one), anything shiny, sparkly, or colourful.
I am intrigued by eyes and trees.
My favourite colour is purple. I also really like blues, pinks, and reds. I have a preference for bright colours. However, I do not discriminate against any colour.
I am not picky about what you send me. I find most things exciting in some way.
Crochet! I'd love to get yarn and crochet notions. Alpaca yarn is pretty great. I don't have any slip stitch markers, so those would be great, or crochet hooks, since I don't have too many right now. I am currently having a try at felting my crocheted projects. As well, soon I want to try making amigurumis. I want to start yarn bombing sometime soon. I might learn to knit sometime, but not yet. Eventually, maybe I will learn to spin, but that is in the future.
I don't really do any other crafts. Sometimes I make plastic bead bracelets. Sometimes I attempt to make clothes. I tend not to finish those projects/take a year to.
My friend said that swap-bot has given her a reason to try out crafts she normally wouldn't have; I hope to do the same.
Olives! Loud Vacuums (wow, that is a really weird word) Alarm clocks!
All the places you'll go - Dr. Seuss The Green Mile - Stephen King
Dr. Seuss and Stephen King are my favourite authors.
I mostly read children's books and horror/mystery books, but I do like reading any books. Lately I have been trying to diversify and read books from other genres. Feel free to make suggestions.
I love going to the Library! You just walk in, pick out some books and keep them for a few weeks, for free, unless you keep them too long.

Yay University of Waterloo! Hope your exams went well this term (if you're on campus), or that you had a good co-op! I graduated this fall from Engineering/Statistics, which math program are you in?
hahaa! :-D
Haha what did you think it said exactly...?
