I am a widow, have one daughter, one son-in-law, one son and one daughter-in-law and four grandsons and one granddaughter. I am retired!

I am a minimalist and decorate with shades of tan, and black and grey with a touch of cranberry. Please do not send me religious stuff as it would be a total waste on me.

I have been vegetarian for 40 plus years.

I like simple, clean-cut stuff---no glitz or shiny for me!

I have collected bookmarks for more years than I can remember and even though I now mostly read in electronic formats, I still love those bookmarks!

I like a variety of music with the exception of rap and jazz. My favorite composer is John Phillip Sousa (that man was a genius!)

I seldom watch movies but my all time favorite movie is Evita. I am not a Madonna fan but I love the tongue-in-cheek lyrics.

I do not watch TV. I much prefer a good book.

I am a jill-of-all-trades, mistress of none!

I like making quick and easy projects (I am an instant gratification girl!)

I love love love dark chocolate! I read almost anything except romance and science fiction.

I am NOT an animal person (allergic to everything non-human but I certainly understand those that love their pets.
