I believe everything has its' place in the world! And being an ever changing entity, you become more wise and understanding of the world as time goes by. And so our choices in creativity are influenced by our individual situations and what we have been subjected to at that specific space in time.
My inspiration to quilt derives from a very deep longing to hold on to a feeling of home sweet home eminating safety, warmth and happiness.
My most preferred colours are muted tones of burgandy, green, purple, turquoise, tupe and blues. Natural cream tones are always welcome!
Love small prints, checks, dots and stripes but do not appreciate any holiday or theme prints, I am the traditional sort of quilter I suppose!
Quilting has taught me patience and what you put in is what you get out! Some what a life philosophy is it not! My quilting is an escape to a sweet haven!
Things that seem to tantalize the senses inspire my works such as freshly ground coffee, wood shavings an oil painting, burgandy roses Or even an icy winter morning or birds singing on a summers day.
The quality counts not the quantity - this is my only wish!

Greetings Chameleon! I loved all the goodies you sent me for our private swap, which makes me believe you will be a wonderful partner in future swap-bot swaps. I hope your swap-bot experience is a great one, and you come to love it as much as I do! Thank you!
