Current Obsessions

Well, recently, I have become really interested in Slevage quilts. I just finished a Red Zinger Selvage Quilt(pattern by Karen Griska) and loved it! I'm saving another group of selvages to do another project soon. And my local quilt shop asked me to teach a class on the technique. That should be interesting. Another obsession is the "modern" fabrics and improvisational piecing. And the current project is a large B&W strip quilt.

Comment: Guess what I found hiding under my quilt books on my sewing desk......your wonderful package of beautiful fabric and a cute little note book. It's like you knew I needed that notebook. The older I get the more I need to write things down when they are new...else they go away...where they go, I don't know and sometimes they come back, and other times they just stay gone.
