I am a children's book author and illustrator. I live in Beverly Hills, California. I enjoy quilting, sewing, book making and all things Llego! I love hand lettering. When I address envelopes I like to use that skill. I'm adventurous and like to try new crafts. I am a paper-aholic.I love all things PAPER: scrapbooking, making cards, invitations and custom stationery. I am an avid knitter with a shameful yarn stash. I have a fabulous little cookbook collection and I love to bake and cook (for any and everyone)!I am single and I don't have any pets or children.

My favorite movies are: Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Shawshank Redemption Places in the Heart Angel Eyes Breakfast at Tiffany's Crash Murphy's Romance Two and Half Weeks Love and Basketball Hope Floats Step Mom No HORROR movies!

Favorite Books

My favorite books are: The Girl With The Louding Voice There's No Place Like Here Small Great Things Donna Andrews Mysteries Water For Elephants Same Kind of Different As Me How the One-Armed Sister Sweeps Her Floor American Street Dear Edward Dandelion Wine Children's Books (all genres)

Favorite Music

I love contemporary Christian music, Gospel, Classical, Film Scores, Broadway Show Tunes.

Favorite Colors

I tend to lean towards earth tones but I try to step out every now and again with more vibrant colors. I love red, burnt orange, olive green.

Dislikes

I do not like horror films or anything to do with ghosts, goblins, vampires, wizards, magic spells, etc. I am not into pets, cats, dogs, hamsters, lizards etc. I celebrate Fall not Halloween. I celebrate Winter not Christmas.

Comment: OH WOW! I got a notice from the main postoffice that I had a big parcel to collect and big it was. Thank you so much for both the sweet hat and all the lovely, lovely yarn. I must add that the shipping costs in the US are extreme so to send this big a parcel was really, really nice. Thank you so much!
