Hello! :) My name is Khawla and I'm from Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. I have a cat, that I'm hiding from my family, haha! I love animals, except for dogs because I'm super scared of them! I'd rather hold a huge snake.. really!! I love, love, LOVE swapping, especially postcards! I have a nice collection of landscapes from many countries. I wish that one day I'll be able to collect at least one postcard from every single country in the world. :)

Also, I ALWAYS rate as soon as I receive your swap. I know how it feels like to wonder whether your mail arrived or not, so I hate to make people wait and wonder.. plus I think it's rude! It takes less than two minutes to do it anyways! :)

I don't read as much as I used to. However, I have just completed two books; "The Beginning of Everything" and "If I Stay". Currently I'm reading "The Wedding Gift" by Marlen Bodden.

Christmas is NOT a religious event for me. So I would appreciate if you don't send cards like churches, Jesus, cross, etc. instead I prefer Christmas trees, sweets, ginger-man, decorations, snow, lights, ornaments, anything, etc. :) and it would be better if it says "happy holidays" or "happy new year" rather than "merry Christmas". Thank you for your consideration! :)

What I like from you is to: - Show me where you live, what do you like about your city, or what's your favorite landmark/building. - Teach me a new phrase from your language, how do you write it, and what does it mean, - Write something on the back about the postcard, where is it located, and why is it famous.

My likes: (or check my blog) - Landscapes - City view - Old/new neighborhoods - Traditional views of your country/city - Wide greenery fields and mountains - Sidewalks and paths with stones or leaves -Bridges+ nature/scenery background - Doors/windows+ scenery/nature background - Bicycles - Trams and old trains - Old roads and alleys - Boats and canals along the shore/sidewalks - Mailboxes

My Dislikes: - Nude, kissing, and inappropriate stuff - Animals - Cartoons - Flag postcards - Maps postcards - Crosses - Bones and skulls - Art/paintings/ illustration - AD Cards - Shape cards - Multi-view (not very fond of them) - Wide and long postcards (I only collect normal sized ones) - Very small postcards (smaller than the normal size) - Postcards with the theme of Christmas, Easter, Halloween, birthday.. etc. (Cards are fine, but not postcards though..)

KINDLY READ BELOW: - Please don't send me any cards showing nudity, kissing, or any inappropriate matter. - Also, I'm not very fond with dogs, or any other animals postcard, so please refer from sending that. - One more thing is that I'm not Christian, so please no cards containing lots of crosses, however, churches and famous landmarks are fine. :) - NO ENVELOPES please! - MUST be sent from country of origin.. so kindly don't send me a postcard that doesn't represent your country. - Don't forget to add the date! :)

*** My all times favorites types are: - black tea, especially with cardamom - earl grey tea - Japanese-made green tea (matcha, sencha, houjicha, genmaicha matcha-iri, etc)

*** My dislike flavors are: - any tea with flowers or fruits flavors like apple, peach, berries, etc. - caramel flavor - flowers flavors like rose, jasmine, etc - chai and spices

*** I'd love to try: - vanilla flavor - camomile - chocolate - any white tea type - any rooibos type - or any other type and flavor not mentioned in my dislikes list.
