I am a twenty-something teacher from Texas. This will be my first year teaching and I am excited for this new adventure. I have two pets, Woody- a terrier mix dog and Presley- a tortoise shell cat.
During my spare time I like to photograph everything, but I like to focus on details and macro photos including animals and flowers.
I am addicted to Pinterest and spend a lot of time finding new recipes and painting techniques to try.
I like things with a lot of color and tend towards modern style patterns.
I love to make new things! Currently my passion is doodling. my favorite medium is Prismacolor markers. You can never have too many!

I am working towards using mixed media on canvas.
Painting pottery is another hobby. I especially enjoy making pieces to give to others. I have painted plates, mugs, bowls, and picture frames among other things. I would like to learn about wheel-thrown pottery and creating dishes from scratch.
Other favorite crafts are scrapbooking and sewing.
