i'm a fiber artist living in the suburbs of Washington DC. i love cats, hippopotamuses, Formula 1, NASCAR, knitting & crochet, Pokémon, and aliens & cryptids. i've found this site a wonderful place to expand my postcard, playing card, and stamp collections.

i live with chronic pain and a variety of mental illnesses. (adhd, depression, etc.) sometimes i send swaps late, but i ALWAYS send. if you haven't received something from me, please let me know, i'm more than happy to resend. if i do send late i will let you (the organizer; my partner) know in advance. my postal worker's schedule varies daily, so please excuse the postmark if it is off by a day. sometimes i'm just waking up and i see him pass by!

• please include the date, weather, temperature, and where you're sending from (unless it's part of the card) thanks!
• i love fine art/museum postcards.
• i love weird and unique cards. send me the strange one you have you don't know what to do with.
• i don't mind vintage, zazzle, homemade, advert, etc.
• feel free to write anything, such as the song that's stuck in your head, your latest dream, a poem, a quote, lyrics, a joke, etc
• if you happen to have a card by the Postcard Factory please send it, regardless of swap, or please contact me
• i collect Women in Science; and am open to receiving and expanding my collection of COTW; FOTW; GF (I have Spain & Taiwan); MCPS; MOTW; WT cards

• i'm not too picky, send me the weird ones!
• however, i'd avoid shaped or oversized ones. (miniature ones are welcome!)
• on my website, linked above, i have galleries for cards in specific categories i'm looking for. these include: animals, aquatic animals, casinos, cats, Christmas, fine art, flags, flowers, food, games, music, people, pop culture, space, sports, and transportation.
• i love airline cards!
• i love cards that are a specific location and have the little blurb and photo on the pips side.
