i grew up in la and work in reality tv, so i definitely need to find some sort of sanity in my life. and crafting usually does it for me. i recently re-discovered scrapbooking. as a kid, my scrapbooking consisted of cutting out pictures of river phoenix and keanu reeves from bop magazine and pasting them in a 50 cent wide-rule notebook my mom bought for me at thrifty's. now, i've learned to be a little more creative with my scrapbooking techniques, however, i'll always cherish my pre-teen paper fantasies.

it doesn't take much to make me happy. my tivo, getting a new netlix in the mail, my cats sleeping on my face, spending hours reading new baking recipes, going bananas over martha stewart, and anything vintage, rockabilly, and pretty in pink. not the movie (although it still holds up), but just pink in general.
