archaeologist, chaos-creator, story-teller, owned by several cats, collector of cameras, boxes, and other stuff I don't know how to use, but think I should (like a stand-mixer I just bought). I don't do "cute," Currently I like autumnal colors, spicy colors - like pea green, sage green, olive green, terracotta, deep orange/reds, browns, goldish yellows. I also am liking silvery blues (grayish blue, light shades). I've been knitting scarves and (hopefully soon) bags, in worsted weight yarns - usually wool, and of course, SOFT! My favorite flowers are gerbera daisies and lotus. I'm a baseball fan (Dodgers!!!), love coffee, especially dark roasts, and herbal infusions. I really could use another row counter - they are quite useful!

Mulholland Drive, the Usual Suspects, Keeping the Faith, Indiana Jones, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (what really defines me though is what I don't like...can't deal with stupid humor, overly dramatic chick-flicks, or horror)

Seinfeld, Sex and the City, Curb your Enthusiasm; baseball games (i know, not a show, but I'll watch whoever is on), liked Alias for the first two years...but it got too gross to watch at dinner; Without a Trace, CSI...but i've kind of stopped watching TV in the last year or so

Currently I'm trying out knitting -so far finding it enjoyable (update - I think I'm obsessed...can't wait to start my first sweater!); I love making hand-stamped stationery (but of course, that's been cut back to make time for knitting)
