I'm a second-year university student in Virginia (but I'm not an actual Southerner), potentially a History & Mathematics double major. The potential nerdiness that this conveys is probably a pretty accurate representation of my actual level of geekdom. I love books, poetry, art, music, and pretty much all things that are somehow aesthetically pleasing.

There is very little music that I do not like. I once would have classified my music taste as "musicals, classical, and random eclectic things," but since I started swapping mix CDs (perhaps my favourite thing to make and trade), I have yet to receive anything I really, wholly do not like. Hooray!

Batman (with Adam West & Burt Ward), The Best Years of our Lives, Donnie Darko, Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, L'auberge espagnole, The Royal Tenenbaums, Sabrina, Shattered Glass, anything that is weird and multilayered, and anything that is overwhelmingly cheesy and fully aware of it

I have recently become addicted to Veronica Mars. I also regularly watch Gilmore Girls and House. I know every episode of Boy Meets World from beginning to end, though I haven't yet decided if that's a good thing.

I knit socks like crazy. Even when I go to the yarn store to buy yarn for other projects, I have to stop and feel up the sock yarn. It's just all so pretty! I also make random papercrafts and can do crazy things with packing tape.
