Quirky. Intellectual. Fun. Cute. Artist. I am the kind of person who will go into Walgreens, pull out the styrofoam swords in the toy aisle, fence with a friend and then start a conversation about the impact of global warming.
I love monsters like Ugly Dolls or like in Where the Wild Things Are. I love to write, draw, paint and create art. I love surf/skater/graffiti style in design and clothing. I love urban contemporay art which is also known as low-brow art. I love the Los Angles Area where I live. I love vintage posters. I love the combination of black & white. I love a challenge which stretches my mind to think of things I never thought of before. I love problem-solving---especially visually solving problems. I love order and cleanliness.
I do not like cutesy, cartoony things unless they are along the lines of Gary Baseman, Mark Ryden or Marcel Dzama who have a slightly morbid feel to their art. I do not eat sugar, starches or grains. I do not like collecting things. I don't like bright colors. I don't like brown. I don't like arguing, fighting or being defensive. I don't like junk food. I don't like mopping my floor, but I hate it dirty.
I create stranges images. I sketch. I write silly rhyming poetry. I read books and design magazines. I converse about the inner and outer world. I research things I don't know about. I do yoga and ride my bike. I cook gourmet food. I think. I wonder. I blog. I speak French. I travel.
