About Me

Hello! My name is Victoria and I'm a ripe old 30 years of age. I now live in NJ but grew up in PA. I first joined swap bot about 3 years ago, and I haven't done a swap in close to 2 years. I'm itchin' to swap again though!

I am a Graphic Designer. I work full time as an Art Dept. Supervisor at my company, and I'm currently in grad school at Vermont College of Fine arts earning my MFA.

For fun I am very active. I love the outdoors and partipate in a wide variety of activites. These range from hiking, biking, kayaking, camping or backpacking, running, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and prob more but those are the basics!

Also - I LOVE arts and crafts. I am always creating something, see my craft section for details there.

I have a dog named Capone and a wonderful fiance named TC. Together my two boys and I are a happy bunch!!

Favorite Music

Oh boy. I'm just going to list what I've been listening to lately. Ben Gibbard. Death Cab. Chris Thile / Punch Brothers. Bon Iver. Pete Seeger. Jack White. I own a ton of music from most every genre though, and I have a small, specific vinyl collection.

Favorite Crafts

I do a little of everything.

Plastic bag crafts. Plarn/fused plastic. Recycled bicycle tire tubes crafts, namely dog leashes and collars.

Crochet / Knit. I've got some hats on etsy.

Sew. I made my first set of curtains recently, they came out good!

Polymer Clay - Another fun one, I like to use it to make keychains.

Baking! - I used to bake often but I've recently gone gluten free. I have to re-learn all my favorite recipes!

Favorite Books

Jack Kerouac, Chuck Klosterman, and Jon Krakauer are some favs. Because I am in grad school, I have been reading a ton about design.

Favorite Television

The Walking Dead. Family Guy. The Office. Terra Nova.

Comment: wow I have no idea where to begin . I wish I could give u Higher than this but there is none! I loved your alex stuf... Glue... always used! Alex started daycare soon so those bags are priceless! The bib... well I had stopped using them but daycare wants a FEW! Relationships are well... just never what you thought. I wish I knew what life was all about.

Comment: What a fantastic package! The book looks super interesting, and I am going to start week 1 day 1 on Monday :-) The owl ribbon is adorable!
