Description: | |
For this swap each person will use a 8 inch by 8 inch piece of cardstock or similar paper. With a pencil mark down the center each way so there are 4, 4inch squares. Next, in pencil draw a string that will travel through all 4 quadrants at least once. You will tangle one quadrant using permanent inks any way you like then send it on to the next person in the round robin circle so they can work a quadrant. We will do this until our own 8 x8 square is full and comes back giving us a unique group zentangle. This swap idea is a variation of something from www.zentangle.com. They have many people in a group work on the same zentangle. How the Round Robin Circle will work: When the swap closes and partners are set we ignore them. I will tell you who to send to in the Round Robin Circle. I think a week is long enough to complete a quadrant and send on to the next person. so I am guessing at 8-10 weeks to complete the circle. If we need more time I can edit the swap and adjust for it. If we get done early thats fine as well. We will be able to rate each other when done as usual. I will edit the swap description as needed. If we have more than 4 sign up we will do a second group. I know it sounds a bit complicated but its not once you get going. I have done this before. There are 12 players so there are 3 groups of 4. Group A.) Bren sends to Carol, Carol sends to Bucket, Bucket sends to jensquil, jensquil sends to Bren. Group B.) Sherartcee sends to iloveMail, iloveMail sends to 1petta, 1petta sends to CollageCafe04, CollageCafe04 sends to Sherartcee Group C.) wrongtree09 sends to ColorMeHappy, ColorMehappy sends to livngood, livngood sends to Tesscalhoun, Tesscalhoun sends to wrongtree09.
