I am 26 years old lawyer (you wouldn't guess it though) and have just moved from Maryland to Charlottesville, Virginia.

Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Indigo Girls, Funk music from New Orleans - Rebirth Brass Band, Papa Grows Funk, Galactic. I used to live in New Orleans and miss it so much - especially the music.

Grey's Anatomy - I am sucker for this show, and will shush people in the room if they talk. Only talking during commercials. And strangely enough, I like that show Intervention. It's depressing I know, but I find it fascinating.

Knitting, Paper crafts - making my own stationary. I recently have taken up sewing (just got my first sewing machine) and am always on the search for funky fabrics. I am an avid knitter and love anything crafty. Also, I frequent thrift stores, yard sales and consignment shops. I rarely buy anything brand spanking new - I'm all about reusing what's already out there. Not a big fan of candy and chocolate (this hsan't always been the case). Things I love: anything handmade, art to hang on the walls, lots of color, vintage housewares (especially vintage mugs and plates), paper products to make cards, journals to keep all my lists of ideas, yarn (and yarn and yarn), crafty mags with lots of DIY projects, all natural moisturizing lotions, handmade cards, old black and white photographs, old books, funky magnets, handknitted shawls, buttons...the list could go on and on. My favorite colors are sage green and heathered blue, my favorite vegetable is asparagus, my favorite type of music is funk. That's about it for now.
