About Me

If only I didn't need a paycheck. . . Because then I would spend all my time making sweet little things for everyone. I'm all about crafting, and am always making something new and trying something different. I make everything from surrealist paintings to plush, to papier-mache figures.

My dog tells me that he wishes I would spend more time making toys for him. But, he only likes the stuffing, so I know he's really lying.

Favorite Music

Pink, Christina Aguilera, Cole Porter, Billy Joel, Ryan Adams, Jonathan Richman, Damien Rice. . . Pretty much any kind of indie piano based rock is my favorite.

And is it just me, or is that little singing band from the free credit check commercial just too cute?

Favorite Books

I love all genre of books except for really out there sci fi, and crime. I read about two books a week. And, if it is looonng, full of history, drama, and intrigue I am SOOO there.

Favorite Movies

I like all films except those that feature unecessary gore. Dead Poets Society, Moulin Rouge, and the original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory are my favorites.

Favorite Television

I used to only watch Antiques Roadshow. I was a good girl who didn't buy cable. But, I just bought a house, and got satellite and now I am addicted to Law and Order SVU, Ugly Betty, The Mentalist, and Project Runway. Oh! And, Battlestar Galactica is frakkin amazing, and I heart Starbuck.

Finally, with my region free dvd player I watch all of the BBC Bad Girls episodes.
