About Me

I am a SAHM of 2 dd-7 and 3 in southern OR. I am constantly trying something different and get bored easily after a time, but usually will go back to what I really like after a time. My favorite colors are purple, green, red, gold and silver I like things Art Deco and Nouveau and abstract, Gabriel Garcia Marquez and the like, Updike and Irving; travelling, all things ephemera and paper. I am not into dogs, religious things, cute things or overly floral or girlie, but I am pretty open-minded in everything else. (Can you tell, a bit cynical and sarcastic too?)

Favorite Music

Indie rock, anything on World Cafe, Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt, Norah Jones, bluegrass, blues, classic rock, and folk-I play (or try to) many instruments, but have mastered none of them.

Favorite Movies

Silence of the Lambs, Sweet Home Alabama, anything by Pixar, few by Disney and don't have a lot of time to go out to watch.

Favorite Television

Survivor, CSI, Simpsons, American Idol; whatever is on PBS; don't watch ER, Lost, and only occassionally Grey's Anatomy

Favorite Crafts

ATCs, jewelry, card making, PMC, collecting papers and making collages on many different scales Not big into scrapbooking, quilting, sewing on a large scale and won\'t knit if my life depends on it.
