I'm Melanie and live in a suburb of Sydney with my partner and our kitties Minty and Betsy.
As a long time crafter and lover of all things paper I have shoe boxes filled with booklets, pamphlets, cards and paper things I love. I am forever picking up free brochures and postcards and can't walk out of an office supply store empty handed; a hopeless stationery addict.
I love all colours (except fluoro) but especially love peacock blues and pastels. Florals would have to be my favourite patterns along with vintage textures.
When I'm not playing with paper I am usually crocheting, gardening, visiting art galleries, reading, picking tiny posies or exploring my neighbourhood.
Have also just started playing around with zines ie I made one and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to sit down and make more - there are so many ideas floating around in my head.

~ I would love to some Trader Joes flyers. Often I see people cutting out the interesting artwork used in them but have yet to see a whole flyer.

Oh you're very welcome! It was the least I could do after receiving the wonderful journal (which stays in my desk so I can always look through it). And yes, do try a zine. They come together pretty quickly and if you make enough you could end up being your own "book" publisher ;P
Thank you for the thank you mail! I love everything you sent. Your zine is really awesome and beautifully printed - I need to get into making them, they seem fun :)
