i live in san antonio, texas. i am a student waiting for fall semester. i am extremely blessed.

i strive to live a creative life. i love art, craft, and beautiful things- manmade or natural. i love handmade objects and homegrown food. i love sunshine, a breezy day, and blue skies. i love to cook and try new recipes. i love to travel and dream of new places to go everyday. i love my family and my friends. i love to try new things and look for beauty in all things.

oh, and apparently i am the last person in the world without a blog, website or myspace.

i love to listen to new things, but right now my ipod has everything from dave matthews band, frente, jack johnson, black eyed peas, the killers, toad the wet sprocket, sarah mclaughlin to compilations of punk, southern rock, and disco music. not much i don't like.

there's lots, but some that i've enjoyed recently are Pride and Prejudice, the Bourne Identity, Hope Floats, the Rock, and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. oh, and the Goonies, the Cutting Edge, and Ferris Bueller's Day Off will always be favorites from when i was kid.

well, i am an artist specializing in book arts and printmaking. aside from that i enjoy many different mediums including jewelry making and design, metal work, textiles and fabric, photography, painting, collage, paper crafts of all kinds and i am trying to scrapbook in an attempt to display some of the millions of photographs i have. i pretty much just enjoy any opportunity to make something.
