Comment: Hi Linda. Thank you for the 2 ATCs. I understand what you are saying about the ink blots. I have a hard time figuring out what I can see in them. Yours look like the toy robots that change shapes. I don't have any little kids around so I don't know what they are called. I love the other ATC that you sent. It is beautiful! That's more my style also... ๐Ÿ˜‰

Comment: What a delightful package to receive! I love even the envelope - and I've got to get some of those stamps. As you must know, I like old things too so I loved your goodies. And thanks for the ATC backgrounds - so nice! Many hearts! Oh! PS! My daughter lives just south of B'ham, so the Gulf Coast our favorite vacation spot too! We've stayed in O.B. - everything is so convenient, but I prefer the relative quiet of Ft. Morgan.

I was born in April 1949 in the middle of a snow storm (short lived of course) in northeastern corner of Nebraska (Nowhere Ville--pop. 360), It was the spring following what was considered the coldest and snowiest winter since the late 1800's. So I guess maybe I was born with snow in my blood as I LOVE it and winter weather! I am the exact opposite of you: I am a Midwesterner transplanted to the South (Houston suburbs) and I HATE our summers with a passion and desperately miss fall and winter as they were my favorite seasons. I love finding old magazines like your "Ladies Home Journal." I have music magazines "Etude" from the 1920's and 30's and a French women's magazine from the 1920's. I love the old adds and the pictures. in them. Take and happy swapping this year!

Being a lover of nature, and fall being my favorite time of the year, and having so many fond memories of playing in leaf piles as a child in Ohio, and collecting and making art projects with my three daughters when they were younger, and now doing the same with my grandchildren with the autumn leaves, I cannot tell you how breathtaking and heartfelt appreciation I have for the real leaf you centered your ATC theme around. And then to find out you have had it for twenty years touches my sentimental side so deeply I feel like I am robbing you of a precious jewel while at the same time feeling so honored that you would share it with me. I promise you it will be displayed, cherished, preserved, and talked about for years to come. On top of this very special gift, adding the extras in my favorite color, and including other ATC's you have made just pushed this swap over the top for me! Thank you so very much. Wish I could give you many hearts, stars, diamonds, etc. for you certainly deserve them!

Thank you for reading my profile and sending me the Pisces ATC as well and the graduation congratulations in the letter, it made me smile! I graduated December 16th. I was surprised at how fast it got here! Your other ATCs are beautiful, and they will make a great start to my collection, I plan to keep all the ones I recieve in clear plastic baseball card sheets held in a binder. Thanks again!
