Comment: IFirst of all I want to say this is a lovely ATC, your daughter did a great job and my daughter loves it. I'm sorry to have to rate a 3, and I am not trying to be mean rating a 3.But my reasons for rating a 3 are:swap was marked sent 3 days after send by date, when swap was received the postmark was 11 days ( we live in the same state, approximately 350 miles apart ) after the send by date and no communication that it was going to be late.
