I'm a mommy of a adorable boy, born feb 29th, 2008... (leap year baby!), and a beautiful girl born May 24th 2010, the wife of a wonderful man, and a lover of crocheting! I sell my crocheted things on etsy.com. I love yarn, buttons, fashion, fashion magazines from other countries, crochet magazines, funny baby hats, television, handmade things, photography, singing, graphic design, clothes, shopping...
My personality is fun and happy! I'm not into being too serious, so when you are thinking about what to send, know that I would appreciate funny things. :) As far as style... I love the Abercrombie & Fitch style, but also I love vintage and pretty styles. I also love Hot Topic. haha, I am such a contradiction.
I love all colors as long as they look good together. I love turquoise the most, though.
Country, rock and pop mostly at the moment.
Romance novels. I love Sophie Kinsella, she is so funny :) Also I love the twilight series, and I love Meg Cabot and Marian Keyes.
Crochet!!!!!!!! I have been crocheting since I was 8, and love making fashionable things. Nothing ugly and outdated.
I am learning to knit right now, so I am still a beginner.
I also do photography. I have a bunch of awesome photos I took while in Europe. I also love graphic design, which I have a bachelors degree in. I mostly do internet stuff like web site design and I make banners for people's sites.
I love to bake! I cook, also, but baking is my favorite.
How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, You've Got Mail, Waiting, Sleeping Beauty, Office Space, Mean Girls, Twilight
Oh my gosh I watch TV way too much!! I don't work right now because I stay home with my kids. Okay so... shows I like are: Americas Next Top Model, The Bachelor, Top Chef, Bones, The Office, Project Runway, Desperate Housewives, Being Erica, Burn Notice, 24
but I'd like someone to make me:
-a handmade rubber stamp! Something really cutie like a heart, an owl or birdie or really anything that looks whimsical, swirly, cute or pretty. lol.
-pottery
-sewn things. I probably could sew if I tried, but I just dont have the time!
-candy. home made candy is awesome!
-leather. My dad makes leather things but for old cars. I like wallets, purses... whatever.
-knit things. yes, I crochet well, but I can't knit cool intricate stuff. So I'd love to own a knitted scarf, hat or something wearable. You can do so many cool things with knitting and I just suck at it! Maybe something cabled.
-I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of for now.
I love bamboo, silk, merino wool, BFL, alpaca, organic cotton, anything else really cool that is soft. And of course I love hand spun or hand dyed/ painted yarns!!!!!
Not too into acrylic yarn unless its mixed with something amazing to make it really soft and awesome.
Chunky yarns are great, and I don't mind acrylic if it is chunky and soft.
Hate: Red Heart Super Saver. EW. And super itchy wool.
itchy things
useless trinkets that just sit there gathering dust (I don't have a very large living space so there's really nowhere to put stuff, anyway) So Dotees and all that stuff is not something I'm into.
nuts(not allergic, just don't like)
coconut
black licorice
neon
Sappy quotes. lol.
Religious things ( I am not against religion or anything, I'm just not into religious stuff around my house, not my decorating style)
-Large heart hole punch
-Red or pink string
-Assortment of random ribbon
-toddler stuff (toys, hats, gloves, etc...) for 3 year old (3-4t) boy
-Baby girl stuff, (size 12-18 months)
-yarn (obviously!! lol.)
-really cool or funky buttons(would really love some big ones, but all sizes are good)
-Stitch markers!!! I have none!
-Baking stuff
-Loose leaf teas or tea tins
-Anything chocolate (but no nuts or coconut, yuck)
-Anything that would be a good photo prop

Wow! My sister had her baby on leap day last year, too. So funny that you two have that in common... I just had to put that on your profile.

I thought it looked like Windsor - but since I've only been there once and that was about 17 years ago, I wasn't sure! It is beautiful!
