I love traveling, reading, working in my garden, and playing with my dogs (a golden retriever and a bernese mountain dog), listening crafting podcasts (that's how I heard about swap-bot). I have been published (The Gilded Tarot and the Mystic Faerie Tarot), so I have some interest in the mystical. I love shoes and fashion. I dream of living on a hobby farm (where fashion would be a challenge!). I love things that have a patina of history about them. I like secrets, secret places (secret gardens!), hidden passages, boxes and containers, journals, things that are rich and textured.
I notice that when people put specific color likes, etc. in their profile it's really helpful, so: Brown with almost anything: aqua, blue, pink, red, green. Metallics with rich jewel colors, burgundy, deep green, dark purple. Autumn colors: pumpkin, green, brown, golden yellow.
I don't like pastels or bright primary colors (like crayons).
Images: nature, old archetectural details, castles, cathedrals, old books, old illustrations from old books, old time pieces, sheep, shoes.
I'm not really into music. I think I'm the only person I know who isn't. I have no favorites, but if someone puts music on, I generally enjoy a wide range of music, but mostly folk, alternative, blue grass, and movie soundtracks.
All the Harry Potter movies, period movies like Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, and Little Women. Anne of Green Gables. The recent Marie Antionette movie. Little Miss Sunshine. The Departed. Ocean's 11, 12, and 13. Bridgit Jones. Joe vs. the Volcano, Practical Magic.
What Not to Wear, Designed to Sell, Good Eats. Old shows: Northern Exposure, Facts of Life. Travel shows.
Knitting! Sweaters, gloves, scarves, socks, felted items. I like to challenge myself learning new techniques and skills. I'm dabbling in spinning and it's getting better. I want to explore collage (intrigued by the ATC concept). I sew and am learning to make my own patterns.

Ah, well, they're on their way to you, now! ;-)
Oh, dear. I have to say I'm extremely intimidated about creating your ATC-style tarot cards. I think I'm going to have to go breathe into a paper bag for awhile...
